112 Planex DOO was founded in 2013, initially as an engineering company specializing in fire protection, by Director Dragan Novović, a graduate fire protection engineer with extensive experience in the field. Over the past few years, the company has expanded its activities to include emergency response, private security, and occupational health and safety.
In 2018, 112 Planex received authorization from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) to conduct Risk Assessments for the protection of people, property, and operations, along with licenses for the design, planning, installation, and verification of technical security systems, training in handling these systems, and monitoring services—all in compliance with the provisions of the 2018 Law on Private Security.
In early 2019, 112 Planex was among the first in the Republic of Serbia to receive a license/authorization from the MIA for conducting Disaster Risk Assessments and developing Protection and Rescue Plans, in accordance with the Law on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management.
Since its inception, the company’s primary principle has been to meet clients’ needs by providing the best possible solutions during the preparation of legally mandated documents and ensuring their implementation in line with applicable legal regulations. Additionally, 112 Planex invests in its employees through training and guidance for career advancement.
We also ensure that our clients comply with relevant legal requirements. Notably, one of our most distinguished projects is the development of the first Risk Assessment for Natural Disasters and Other Emergencies for the City of Belgrade and the Emergency Protection Plans for the city, which received approval from the competent authority of the MIA.
